A representative of the Communist Party of China (CPC) left Beijing on Monday afternoon to attend the representative conference of the National Congress Party (NCP) of Sudan.

Zhai Weihua, deputy office director of the CPC Central Commission for Guiding Ethic and Cultural Progress, is making the visit at the invitation of the NCP.
