equality and mutual benefit.
"Programme for China-Africa Cooperation in Economic and Social
Development"
The Programme mainly sets forth the specific ideas and measures of
cooperation between China and Africa in the areas of economy, trade,
agriculture, tourism, science, education, culture, health, environment, etc. It
puts in place a new framework for the development of Sino-African relationship
and draws up a new blueprint for future cooperation between China and Africa in
all fields in the new century.
